(1) Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPT(s)") of a Revenue or Trading Nature and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for New RRPTs ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") 
(2) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority

The Board of Directors of NTHB wishes to announce that the Company proposed to seek for shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Eighth (28th) Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later: -


(1) Proposed Shareholders' Mandate; and


(2) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority.


A document containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be issued and despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report in due course.
