The Board of Directors of Sunmow (“Board”) wishes to announce that Sunmow Construction Sdn Bhd (“SCSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunmow, had on 2 April 2024 entered into a joint venture agreement (“JVA”) with Kemena Holding Sdn Bhd (“KHSB”) for the purpose of submitting tender bid (“Tender”) for Projek Sarawak – Sabah Link Road Fasa 2 (“Project”), in relation to Package 4B (Bukit Pagon to Long Luping).

SCSB and KHSB are collectively referred to as the “JV Parties” and individually as “Party”.

On 16 August 2024, the JV Parties received a letter of acceptance dated 16 August 2024 (“LOA”) from Maltimur Aktif Unggul JV Sdn Bhd (“MAUJV”), the main contractor for the Project, in relation to the Tender and subcontract works to be performed for Projek Sarawak – Sabah Link Road Fasa 2 for Package 4B (Bukit Pagon to Long Luping) (“Works”).
