The Board of Directors of APOLLO wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Authority for the Company to purchase its own ordinary shares of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued shares of the Company ("Proposed Authority for Share Buy Back") at forthcoming 30th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 23rd October 2024 at 10.00a.m..
The Statement to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Authority for Share Buy Back will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
