The Closing Price of RM0.48354 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of BJFOOD shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than BJFOOD-CJ's Exercise Price of RM0.55, holders of BJFOOD-CJ will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised BJFOOD-CJ will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the BJFOOD-CJ shall terminate absolutely.
