We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 52,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YTLPOWR by way of market making.
The YTLPOWR-C65 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023. The YTLPOWR-C65 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023. The obligations of MCSM under YTLPOWR-C65 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023.
