The Board of Directors of Solarvest (“the Board”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Atlantic Blue Sdn. Bhd. (“ABSB”), had on 3 September 2024 accepted the letter of award (“LOA”) awarded by P Solar Sdn. Bhd. (“PSSB”) in respect of design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning ("EPCC") for the development of a 29.99 megawatts (MV) Photovoltaic (PV) Facility under the Corporate Green Power Program ("CGPP") ("Project") on the site located at HSD5348, PT 3599 & PN29787 Lot 22399, Mukim Pekan, Daerah Bebar, Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur ("Works").

(ABSB and PSSB shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”).
