We refer to the earlier announcements dated 22 December 2023, 27 December 2023, 18 March 2024, 3 April 2024, 4 April 2024, 23 April 2024, 9 May 2024 and 10 May 2024 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that it had on 3 September 2024 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek for an extension of time of 6 months up to 17 March 2025 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
The outcome of the extension of time application will be announced upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities.
