INSTACO-WB - Notice of Book Closure

Adjustments made to the exercise price and number of outstanding warrants in Instacom Group Berhad ("Instacom") constituted by the deed poll dated 19 August 2013 ("Deed Poll B") ("Warrants B") pursuant to the renounceable rights issue of up to 429,515,979 Rights Shares on the basis of two (2) Rights Shares for every seven (7) existing Instacom Shares held, together with up to 214,757,989 free detachable warrants in Instacom ("Warrants D") on the basis of one (1) free Warrant D for every two (2) Rights Shares subscribed for at 5.00 p.m. on 15 June 2015 at an issue price of RM0.10 per Rights Share ("Rights Issue with Warrants") in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll B ("Adjustments").

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 11 Jun 2015
2)  The last date of lodgment : 15 Jun 2015

Remarks :- The exercise price of the Warrants B may be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll B while additional Warrants B consequential to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be allotted and issued, the basis of the additional Warrants B which shall be determined on the entitlement date, to the entitled Warrant B holders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the entitlement date. The final number of Additional Warrants B to be issued and allotted will depend on the number of outstanding Warrants B which have yet to be exercised as at the entitlement date and shall be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Rights Shares and Warrants D on 14 July 2015. The notice to Warrant B holders setting out the details of the adjustments and the notice of allotment of the additional Warrants B will be despatched in due course.
