Bhd. [Registration No. 201901031616 (1340946-U)] (“RinggitPay”) in relation to the disposal of 5,146,759 ordinary shares (“Sale Shares”), representing 49% of the total issued shares of T-Melmax Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200201025887 (593550-D)] (“T-Melmax”) for a cash consideration of RM400,000.00 only (“the Disposal”):
