We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of GENM.
The GENM-C2Y is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 May 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The GENM-C2Y is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 29 August 2024 and the Term Sheet dated 13 September 2024.
The GENM-C2Y will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2024 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 29 August 2024.
A summary of principal terms of the GENM-C2Y is set out in Table 1.
