We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of 99SMART.
The 99SMART-CD is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 May 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The 99SMART-CD is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 29 August 2024 and the Term Sheet dated 13 September 2024.
The 99SMART-CD will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2024 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 29 August 2024.
A summary of principal terms of the 99SMART-CD is set out in Table 1.
