Commercialisation Agreement entered into between Boilermech Oretech Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Prominent Discovery Sdn Bhd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation, Australia.

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 21 April 2015, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
