We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 36,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PMETAL by way of market making.
The PMETAL-C1M is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023. The PMETAL-C1M is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023. The obligations of MCSM under PMETAL-C1M are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023.
