We are pleased to announce the offering by Affin Hwang IB of up to 100,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SUNCON by way of market making.
SUNCON-C25 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
SUNCON-C25 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 3 October 2023 and the Supplemental Deed Poll dated 14 June 2024. SUNCON-C25 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 13 October 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 12 December 2023, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 April 2024, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 June 2024, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 30 August 2024 and the Term Sheet for SUNCON-C25 dated 26 September 2024.
