We wish to announce that TOPGLOV-HL has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 September 2024 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of TOPGLOV-HL x (Exercise Price - Closing Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of TOPGLOV-HL x (RM0.8000 - RM1.0380) x (1/3)
= Number of TOPGLOV-HL x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.0380 was determined based on the average closing price of the TOPGLOV Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised TOPGLOV-HL will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to TOPGLOV-HL shall terminate absolutely.
