Reference is made to the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the following applications in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing have been submitted to the relevant authorities on 30 September 2024:
(a) the application for the Proposed Listing, registrable Prospectus and application for the Proposed Withdrawal have been submitted to Bursa Securities;
(b) the application for the resultant equity structure of the Company has been submitted to the Equity Compliance Unit of the SC; and
(c) the application for the allocation of IPO Shares to Bumiputera investors to be approved by MITI has been submitted to MITI.
