We wish to announce that CTOS-C7 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 September 2024 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM1.2323 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of CTOS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than CTOS-C7's Exercise Price of RM1.50, holders of CTOS-C7 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised CTOS-C7 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the CTOS-C7 shall terminate absolutely.
