We wish to announce that YTL-C81 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 September 2024 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM2.6340 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of YTL shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than YTL-C81's Exercise Price of RM2.85, holders of YTL-C81 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised YTL-C81 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the YTL-C81 shall terminate absolutely.
