The Closing Price of RM2.3927 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SIME shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than SIME-C78's Exercise Price of RM2.70, holders of SIME-C78 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SIME-C78 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SIME-C78 shall terminate absolutely.
