The Closing Price of RM0.4802 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of ARMADA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than ARMADA-C89's Exercise Price of RM0.55, holders of ARMADA-C89 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised ARMADA-C89 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the ARMADA-C89 shall terminate absolutely.
