GLM REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Tower Real Estate Investment Trust ("Tower REIT") writes to inform that Tower REIT will be seeking approval from its unitholders for the proposed renewal of unitholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Renewal of Unitholders' Mandate") at its forthcoming 12th Annual General Meeting to be convened.

A circular containing the details on the Proposed Renewal of Unitholders' Mandate will be made available on Tower REIT's website in due course.
