The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Unggul Raya (M) Sdn Bhd (“URSB”), a dormant subsidiary company of the Company, had on 3 October 2024 submitted an application to strike off the name of URSB from the Register of Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act, 2016 (“Striking Off of URSB”).

URSB was incorporated in Malaysia on 17 April 1990 as a private limited company with an issued share capital of RM100.00 only and has been dormant since its incorporation.

The Striking Off of URSB will not have any material effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of the Puncak Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2024.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Puncak and/or persons connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of Puncak, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Striking Off of URSB.
