At the 22nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 23 November 2023, the Company obtained the shareholders' approval to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature in the ordinary course of business and the authority shall lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM unless a new mandate is obtained from the shareholders of MPB.

The Board is proposing to seek approval from the shareholders for the renewal of the authority (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”).

The Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be tabled for the shareholders' consideration at the forthcoming AGM. A circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued in due course.
