The Board of Directors of BCB wishes to announce that BCB (the “Purchaser”) had on 14 October 2024 entered into 4 SPAs with Country Green Realty Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199101001314 (211625-W)], a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia, with its registered address at No. 23, Ground Floor, Jalan Lambak, 86000 Kluang, Johor Darul Takzim (“CGRSB” or the “Vendor”) in respect of the acquisition of all that four (4) pieces of freehold vacant land all situated in the Mukim of Kluang, District of Kluang, Johor, measuring approximately aggregate area of 22.1412 hectare (54.7121 acres) (the “Properties”), for total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty One Million (RM31,000,000.00) only, subject to and upon all the terms and conditions as stipulated in the respective SPAs (the “Acquisition”).
