We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled put warrants over the HSI.
The HSI-PWBP is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 May 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HSI-PWBP is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 29 August 2024 and the Term Sheet dated 15 October 2024.
The HSI-PWBP will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2024 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 29 August 2024.
