Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 18 October 2024 issued by Azam Jaya Berhad. 

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 18 October 2024 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 24 October 2024.

In the event there is any change to the timetable, Azam Jaya Berhad will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper in Malaysia and announce it on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
