= Number of HEIM-CB x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of HEIM-CB x (RM23.3214 - RM24.0000) x (1/40)
= Number of HEIM-CB x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 23.3214 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the HEIM Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and HEIM-CB shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of HEIM-CB shall terminate absolutely.
