We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 October 2024 submitted the following: (i) application to the Equity Compliance Unit of the SC for the resultant equity structure of LSH Capital pursuant to the Proposed Public Offering under the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies; and (ii) application to the MITI for the allocation of 104,795,000 Offering Shares to Bumiputera investors to be identified and approved by the MITI in conjunction with the Proposed Public Offering and Proposed ACE Listing.
