The Board of Directors of MESB wishes to inform that MESB intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
