The Board of Directors of Deleum is pleased to announce that Deleum Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd (“DTS”), an 86.67% owned indirect subsidiary of the Company, has received two (2) Letters of Award dated 27 September 2024 from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (“PCSB”). These awards grant DTS the contracts for the Provision of Pan-Malaysia Offshore Maintenance, Construction, Modification (“MCM”) and Hook-Up & Commissioning (“HUC”) Services for Package A1 [Peninsular Malaysia Asset (“PMA”) – Oil] and Package A4 [Sarawak Asset (“SKA”) – Gas], respectively (collectively referred to as the “Contracts”).
