The Closing Price of RM0.81664 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SUPERMX shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than SUPERMX-C4D's Exercise Price of RM0.85, holders of SUPERMX-C4D will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SUPERMX-C4D will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SUPERMX-C4D shall terminate absolutely.
