For consistency purposes, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement made by the Company on 13 September 2024.
We refer to our earlier announcement dated 13 September 2024.
The Company wishes to announce that Onetexx has filed an application for summary judgment under Civil Suit No. WA-22NCC-579-08/2024 against the Defendant through its solicitors, Messrs. Tan Shang Neng ("SJ Application"). The SJ Application was filed on 28 October 2024 and served on 1 November 2024.
Pursuant to the SJ Application, Onetexx is seeking for the grant of leave to enter final judgment against the Defendant for, inter alia, payment of the sum of RM4,691,960.05 and interest ("Claim Amount") and/or such further or other relief requested by Onetexx pursuant to the Writ.
Further announcement(s) on material developments in respect of the above (including the SJ Application hearing date) will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from time to time. |
