The Board of Directors of Careplus Group Berhad ("Careplus") wishes to announce that Careplus had on 7 November 2024 acquired the remaining 30% equity interest in NexV Synergy Sdn. Bhd. ("NSSB"), consisting of 150,000 ordinary shares in NSSB from GoAuto Group Sdn. Bhd., at a purchase consideration of RM150,000 (“Acquisition”).
