The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had today received a letter from its major shareholders, namely Dato’ Ng Lian Poh and Ng Soh Kian (collectively, the “Proposers”), requesting the Board to consider undertaking the Proposed Transfer for DSR Taiko ("Proposal Letter").
Pursuant to the Proposal Letter, the Board (save for the Proposers, being the Directors interested in the Proposed Transfer) will deliberate on the Proposed Transfer.
