- Deviation between actual transacted value and estimated value of recurrent related party transactions

Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securites Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the following recurrent related party transactions (“the said RRPT”) that were approved by the Company’s shareholders at the Company’s 60th Annual General Meeting held on 16 May 2024 has exceeded the estimated value for the said RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 17 April 2024 (“Circular”) by more than 10%:
