Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 September 2024, 30 September 2024, 11 October 2024 and 13 November 2024, as well as the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 29 October 2024 in relation to the Proposed DRS and Proposed Bonus Issue (collectively "Proposals"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders of the Company in respect of the Proposals shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, PIVB had on 13 November 2024 announced that the Issue Price of the new Uzma Shares to be issued pursuant to the First Implementation has been fixed at RM0.75 per new Uzma Share.
