We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 13 November 2024, in respect of the aforesaid matter.


In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1.

The  net book value of the Property based on the latest audited accounts of GFR.

2.

The names of GFR’s directors and substantial shareholders together with their respective direct and/or indirect shareholdings.

3.

Particulars of all liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by DPIH/DPIC, arising from the Purchase of Property.

The basis of arriving at the Purchase Consideration, other than on a “willing buyer willing seller” basis. If it was based on net assets, the year the net assets were taken into consideration, quantifying the net assets and stating whether it was based on audited financial statements; and the justification for the Purchase Consideration.

5.

The risks in relation to the Purchase of Property.

6.

The prospects of the Property.

7.

The approximate age of the Property.

8.

The amount of lettable space of the Property.

9.

The dates the Earnest Deposit and balance deposit were/will be paid.
