1) The date of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim.
2) The details of events leading to the commencement of Litigation.
3) The estimated potential liability to the group arising from the Litigation.
4) Whether EV-Dynamic is a major subsidiary of the Company.
5) The financial and operational impact to the group. Where such impact cannot be determined with certainty, an explanation of the reasons.

6) The steps taken or proposed to be taken by EV-Dynamic in respect of the Litigation.
