Further to the Company’s announcements dated 25 July 2024 and 1 August 2024, the Board of Directors of EVD wishes to announce that Daikin Applied (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“the Petitioner”) and EVD Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“the Respondent”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, have reached an amicable settlement, a sealed Order from the Court dated 30 October 2024 was served by the Petitioner to the Respondent on 21 November 2024 confirming that:
