Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 24 November 2021, 24 February 2022, 24 May 2022, 24 August 2022, 24 November 2022, 24 February 2023, 24 May 2023, 24 August 2023, 24 November 2023, 23 February 2024, 23 May 2024 and 23 August 2024 in relation to the MOU signed between PECCA and MARii (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to update the following: -

1. The Company successfully participated in the Supplier Technology Showcase and Business Matching Program, held at Menara MITI on 9th September 2024, organized by MARii in partnership with Volkswagen Group Malaysia and the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (“MATRADE”). This event further enhanced the Company’s competitiveness in alignment with the National Automotive Policy 2020, positioning the Company as a key contributor on the global stage;
2. The Company completed MARii’s Supplier Competitiveness Level assessment in 2024, resulting in a Level 5 rating. This assessment highlights the Company’s capability to deliver comprehensive solutions to both local and international customers, encompassing manufacturing, testing, and product delivery; and
3. The Company successfully engaged with MARii’s candidates in two talent development programs: the Industry Led Professional Certificate Programme 2024 and the Industry Certification Engineering-Digital Engineering Prototyping Programme. These initiatives will continue, particularly for engineering and executive positions to enable MARii’s candidates to seamlessly transition into and immediately make an impact on the rapidly evolving automotive industry landscape.
