We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that the MITI has, vide its letter dated 26 November 2024, agreed with the Proposed ACE Listing, and the Company has complied with the Bumiputera equity requirement for the purpose of the Proposed ACE Listing by allocating 104,795,000 Shares representing 12.50% of the Company’s enlarged issued share capital to Bumiputera investors approved by the MITI.
