| Working experience and occupation | Ms Tan Yi Woan joined an established law firm at Kuala Lumpur in August 2017 as a legal associate and was subsequently made a partner in January 2022. During her term with the firm, she handled a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and take-overs. She offered advisory and consultation services to companies on a retainer basis. She was also involved in conveyancing matters such as developers projects, acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential properties and banking matters.
