We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of HENGYUAN by way of market making.
The HENGYUANC60 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The HENGYUANC60 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024. The HENGYUANC60 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 October 2024.
