We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over common stocks of TESLA by way of market making.
The TESLA-C6 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The TESLA-C6 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024. The TESLA-C6 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 October 2024.
