The Board of Directors of AZAM JAYA wishes to announce that Pembinaan AJ has filed an appeal to the COA and hearing was initially fixed on 13 November 2024 and was subsequently vacated. New hearing date has been fixed on 22 May 2025.
The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
The background of the material litigation are set out in the attachment enclosed.
