We refer to the announcement made by MSC dated 15 November 2024 and our announcement dated 18 November 2024 pertaining to the declaration of a second interim single-tier special dividend of RM0.17 per share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2024 (“Special Dividend”).
Holders of MSC-CO are to note that no adjustments shall be made because the ex-date of the Special Dividend falls on the same day as the Expiry Date of MSC-CO.
