The Closing Price of RM1.93128 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of YTL shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than YTL-C85's Exercise Price of RM3.75, holders of YTL-C85 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised YTL-C85 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the YTL-C85 shall terminate absolutely.
