The Closing Price of RM2.42964 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of MSC shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than MSC-CO's Exercise Price of RM3.15, holders of MSC-CO will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MSC-CO will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the MSC-CO shall terminate absolutely.
