Following the completion of the bookbuilding process under the Institutional Offering on 29 November 2024, on behalf of the Company, Maybank IB, being the Principal Adviser wishes to announce that the Institutional Price and the Final Retail Price have been fixed, as set out below:

FINAL RETAIL PRICE – RM1.75 PER IPO SHARE
