The Board of Directors of Datasonic wishes to announce that DTSB has on 2 December 2024 received and accepted two (2) Letters of Extension dated 28 November 2024 from KDN in respect of the extension of the following contracts for the total contract value of RM81,242,382.28:-
(i) Letter of Extension dated 28 November 2024 from KDN for the comprehensive maintenance services of card personalisation centres at Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara for a period of twelve (12) months commencing from 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025 for an additional fourth contract value of RM21,393,507.28 (inclusive of 8% Sales and Service Tax); and
(ii) Letter of Extension dated 28 November 2024 from KDN for the supply of MyKad, MyTentera, MyPOCA raw cards and consumables to Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara for a period of twelve (12) months commencing from 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025 for an additional second contract value of RM59,848, 875.00 (not subject to 8% Sales and Service Tax);
